Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana is an umbrella horticulture scheme initiated by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. This scheme combines multiple horticulture programs into a single time-bound, credit-linked subsidy model that includes active participation from the Government, Banks, Project Consultants, and Progressive Farmers.

MoUs were signed between the state government and leading banks including:

- Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank

- Must be an individual farmer, SHG, or FPO
- No land documents such as Land Possession Certificate (LPC) required
