How to Register (Online)

For workers without digital access the offline process remains available — follow these steps:

- Get Form-V: Request Form-V (Worker Registration Form) from the centre or download & print it from the portal.
- Fill the form: Fill in your name, Aadhaar number, address, bank details and work history (90+ days).
- Attach documents: Attach photocopies of Aadhaar, residence proof and a passport-size photo.
- Submit: Submit the completed form and documents to centre staff.
- Pay fees: Pay ₹1 registration fee and ₹1 annual subscription in cash or as directed by the centre.
- Receive receipt: After processing (typically 7–15 days) receive a receipt with your registration number.
- Collect card or check online: Visit the centre later to collect your membership card or check your status online with the registration number.
