Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana (ANBY) 2025 – 90% Subsidy Scheme for Arunachal Pradesh Farmers

Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana is an umbrella horticulture scheme initiated by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. This scheme combines multiple horticulture programs into a single time-bound, credit-linked subsidy model that includes active participation from the Government, Banks, Project Consultants, and Progressive Farmers.

💡 Umbrella Scheme Implementation

The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh has proposed to host a regional-level Oil Palm Business Summit in Namsai to attract investors and create awareness among farmers. MoUs were signed between the state government and leading banks including:

  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank

  • Must be an individual farmer, SHG, or FPO
  • No land documents such as Land Possession Certificate (LPC) required
